Welcome to my affiliate program! By joining this program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and we will notify you of any changes via email.
Becoming an Affiliate
To become an affiliate, you must complete our application form and agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to reject any application that we deem inappropriate for our program.
Promoting Our Products
As an affiliate, you are allowed to promote our products using the marketing materials provided in your affiliate dashboard and materials that you create. You may promote our products on your website, blog, social media channels, or any other online platform, but you may not use spam or other unethical marketing practices to promote our products. You may not promote our products if you currently sell or promote any form of dieting or weight loss.
Commissions
We will pay you a commission for each sale that is made through your affiliate link. The commission rate will be specified in your affiliate dashboard. We will pay commissions on a monthly basis, and we reserve the right to change the commission rate at any time. You cannot sign up for products through your own affiliate link.
Tracking and Reporting
We will provide you with a unique affiliate link that will track your referrals. You will be able to view your referrals and commissions in your affiliate dashboard. We will make every effort to ensure accurate tracking and reporting, but we cannot guarantee that all referrals will be tracked accurately.
The lifetime of the affiliate tracking cookie is six (6) months or whenever the end-user clearers the cookies from their browser – whatever comes first.
If someone has been shared a link to a product by multiple affiliates, the credit will be given to the affiliate whose link was last clicked.
The tracking cookie is specific to your account and not just the product that is being shared. This means that if someone clicks an affiliate link for one product but decides to buy a different product than what was promoted to them, you will still receive credit for that purchase.
Intellectual Property
You may not use our trademarked or copyrighted material without our express permission. You may use our marketing materials to promote our products.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in our affiliate program at any time, for any reason. If we terminate your participation, you will receive any outstanding commissions that are due to you.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damages or losses that arise from your participation in our affiliate program. We make no guarantees regarding the success of your affiliate marketing efforts.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.
